Extraordinary, generous, smart and most of all EDUCATOR, are words that describe Mrs. Valdes.
She always had a smile and a hug for everyone who came her way. As an educator and administrator she insisted that each child enrolled in school received the best education possible.
I will honor your legacy and continue in your path to encourage the love of learning. Thank you, Lulu

I am deeply sorry for your great loss. Ms. Valdez was my third grade teacher at Sacramento School and she never forgot me. Just earlier 2016 I saw her in WalMart and as always she spoke to me and shared that incredible smile. She was truly an amazing woman and left a positive imprint in my life as well as many, many other students. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I loved this lovely lady as well as her husband. She and I were born in the same little hospital. We teased each other about how only special people were born there.
I know the family will miss her greatly.

Lulu impacted more lives than can be told. She was a lady of action, who expressed her love through her many volunteering hours, both professional and personal. Lulu was love. She saw and promoted the best in those around her, including me. I will miss her always, but especially at every fiesta, mass, and knights event. Please know that she continues to watch over us all and take comfort in the memory of her guidance.
