So very sad to hear of Beth's passing. She was one of my all time favorite people and I thought of her often. She was so much fun, full of life and proud of her children. She was always positive, caring, generous and quick to laugh. I was very happy for her when she was reunited with John, the love of her life. She moved to Alaska and we lost touch. I always hoped that I would bump into her again, so enjoyed talking with her. So sorry for your loss but happy to see that she had so much joy and happiness in her life. She deserved it all and so very much more.

Beth was like a warm ocean breeze flowing through our lives.
Her rapier wit was only one example of the myriad of traits that radiated from her gregarious and ebullient persona.
She was a woman of graciousness, generosity and unbound intellect who was just at ease telling a little one a bedtime story as she was discussing the world of creative art or sharing her culinary crafts expertise.
Of all her wonderful attributes, the one that blazed the brightest was her profound and abiding love for John who match that devotion in return.
Their union made the world around them shine brighter and served as an example of how a life partnership should function with trust, commitment, and genuine friendship secured by a foundation of unshakable love and loyalty.
Saint Francis of Assisi the patron saint of animals and ecology now has someone standing at his side to help carry on his work.
He once said that, Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
Beth personified that declaration in how she handled her life's challenges and we are so very honored that she chose to share part of her life with us.
There is a candle that glimmers in our cabin window each night as the land slumbers beneath a comforter of stars.
The reason is a sad one, but it's a heartfelt gesture to reflect our esteem for Beth by offering it as a glowing guide along her path of transition.
