Another year is coming to an end
I am wishing many blessings to my family and friends
The road upon which I have traveled this past year
Brought more comfort and less of those painful tears
Outside the glistening snow is gently falling
And yet my heart can still hear you softly calling
Foregt you...
No, I never will
Forever...
You will always be my sweet "Wild Bill"

Merry Christmas sweetie!

Always your Barbie Doll

Barbie, you know how much we loved Wild Bill, and how we miss him terribly. He enriched our lives so much, taught us so much, was an example to us all, and was there for us time and time again over the years. He had a special sense of knowing what needed to be done, and he did it,helping anyone in need. We know how hard life is for you now, missing your hubby. Please know we hold his memory dear to our hearts, and hold you close in thought and prayer. We all love you. It will be a grand reunion with ole Billy Boy one day when we all are together again! LUV YOU SO MUCH, Carolyn, Spencer, Aurora, and Icey Lyman

"Wild Bill"

You will always be the love of my life
You soared on wings high above in the skies
Somehow I just thought you would never die.

You gave to life your very all
No matter what is was, big or small
You fulfilled each and every call.

You were much larger than life itself
You always thought on the grander scale
I know of not one job you ever failed.

The respect you gained from many others
Your honesty and integrity
Will go unmatched and will be remembered forever.

Your generosity was to touch the lives of many
The smiles you brought to each occassion
Your stories will be told on down through the generations.

For right or wrong
You let your voice be heard
Whatever the outcome, you stood by your word.

I will never understand that August day
Or why God to chose to take you away
But in my heart you will forever stay.

When I look to the skies
I see you there
Soaring on your golden wings
High aloft in God's heaven above
The memories we made I will always treasure
My heart will always love you beyond any measure.

I miss you terribly Sweetie!

Barbie, there are no words that can express the loss of your husband. He was without a doubt an extreamly talented man. His skill with aviation was unmatched. A few years back when the flying business was slow, we worked a job together for 60 days hauling drill rigs up and down the haul road. His ability to drive his truck "Pete" was the same as his skill with airplanes, "perfect." His ability, humor and drive for perfection will always be remembered. He was the best of the best.

Bill was always willing to fly his otter to its capacity. once whille fling fish for Brad Ames we had a few extra silvers than it was supposed to carry, but Bill being 'wid bill' decided that he could gain the required alttitude by the time he got to the west forelands he would go for it. Well as Brad and I watched his becon light slowly gain alttitude, we thought wow hes low and about that time He turns east and around slope mountain he goes , not over but around. but like all of his flights, he was just going at his job with a git er done attitude all of us that knew him, became to expect and recpect him for. he will be greatly missed and remembered by everyone he knew
