Dear Cliff,

for some reason I thought of you today, and googled your name. I am very sad to see that you have left our world. You were the one who hired me in Seattle into IBM in 1978. I have many very good memories of a man with a great sense of humor, worth, dignity, and integrity. May God Bless you and keep you always.

Mom put up a photo of you on a horse today. It doesnt really match anything but it definitely adds character. Miss you and your spontaneous phone calls.

Dad-e-oh! If I'd known the last time I talked to you would've been the last time, I would've talked to you longer. If I'd known the last time I hugged you would've been the last time, I would've hugged you a little longer. If I'd known the last time I saw you would be the last time, I wish I would've told you how much you mean to me and how thankful I am for everything you've done for our family. I'll always cherish our time together. Happy trails to you Dad until we meet again!

Papa, #1 youngest son here. I sold your beloved Ford Freedom motor home today at an "auction" at cabelas. Guy who bought it said, "your dad sounds like a character" as I described your travels during your retirement years. True! I miss you Dad--till we meet again. Rod

Our condolences to the families and friends of Cliff Lank. We always enjoyed a visit from Cliff on his travels to and from Alaska as he would pass directly by our place in Alberta. The visits were short but always memorable as he was a true Lank.
