My sincere sympathies go to the Ginty family. I am so sorry for your sudden loss and the great pain that you now have to feel. I know this is a very difficult time. May you find comfort in the question posed in the book of Job: "If a man dies, can he live again?..........You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands." What a beautiful answer.

There are no words to describe the loss of such a close friend. I Remember the first time I met him at Alaska Anvil in July 1999. I was so surprised when he said he had three children. He looked like a kid to me! He was just starting in his career as a Piping Designer. He accompanied Wade Huntsman and I to the North Slope at Kuparak. He kept me in stitches, laughing so hard it was hard to draw the field sketches I needed to take back to Bellingham, WA. I kept in touch with him by email throughout that project. His emails always made me smile! Our friendship continued to grow and deepen through the years as we both went through some difficult times in our personal lives. I was so glad I was in a position to hire Darren when he was ready to leave Anvil. As a Designer, he was amazing! His mind was like a sponge, his ethics were impeccable and his presence irreplaceable.
I miss you! I love you little brother!
