Although I had not seen Fay in many, many years I remember her smile and for the very sweet and kind person she was. Our buddy Bob had a very cute nickname for her...RIP, Sproutnick!

This is very difficult for me. I just found out about her death on 3/5/16. I lived with Fay in California, and we moved to Alaska In the summer of 1996. I moved out of Alaska June 2001. We were together for 9 yrs.
Fay was a very private person, and unfortunately people misunderstood this as being unfriendly. Her spirit and kindness were limitless. She was a tireless and dedicated worker for the elderly, and those with Alzheimer's, often volunteering her time. She loved her niece and two nephews in California. She loved her home state of Hawaii, but whenever she visited, was saddened by the overdevelopment of her Honolulu neighborhood. She loved fishing, flowers, cooking, and the outdoors.
Fay was a tender and kind hearted person, and by her part in it, the world was made a better place.

Fay was a co-worker of mine at the Alzheimer's Resource of Alaska. She was a nice, caring & dedicated woman. She will be missed.
