Frank Neeley was such a kind man. I met Frank & Bev after I started working for the Alzheimer's Association (now the Alzheimer's Resource of Alaska) in 1999. They were at the Memory Walk passing out Tootsie Roll Pops. We started talking & they welcomed me as part of the Alzheimer's staff & a new resident of Anchorage. Through the years whenever Frank & Bev visited the Alzheimer's Resource office they always came to my office to say hi if they didn't see me in the front office. I miss both of those beautiful smiles.

Frank was such a kind, loving person and a dear friend. I have no doubt that he is now in heaven, free of pain, and still loving and laughing. You can't meet a better person.

It was an honor to know Frank Neeley or Pa and my niece and nephew called him. I looked forward to his Christmas letters every year. He touched my family as well as many more.

I only met Frank for sadly 2 brief periods during the time I have known him, 5 days in Laughlin NV and 2 wonderful weeks in Anchorage, but we did maintain phone calls afterwards ( my accent always gave him problems :)) no matter what country we were located.
Frank was one of the few, a loving, caring, generous and accepting human being that loved the world and people for what they was and not what they should be. I will always remember him for the special holiday/occassions prose he wrote for his beloved Bev and family, always expressing his love and compassion.
May the Lord keep you and guide you to the best fishing spots. RIP Frank.

I am so sorry to the family of Frank. He was my Father-in-Law for seven years. He will be missed.

Never having the opportunity to really get to know Frank, the obvious facts are still present. He was a ROCK. Having known all of Bev's children almost forever, it was obvious they all had the utmost love and respect for Frank.

My most sincere sympathy and condolences go out to the entire family. May you always cherish Frank's beautiful memories.

Uncle Frank always had a smile on his face. He and Bev would come down yearly to Reno to visit with my mom Mary and his brother Bruce. They came until traveling was no longer an option. I know it was the highlight of the year for them - after that they talked frequently on the phone. Uncle Frank will be missed. I can't look at a tootsie pop without remembering him - what a wonderful person we loose. Lots of love ~Annette
