Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Laura's children, grandchildren, siblings and her partner, Harold. I met Laura at a parent/teacher conference. Her guidance and parenting of her children spoke volumes. I was lucky enough to have Tammy and Victor in class and they were a joy to teach. May the support and prayers help carry you through this difficult time.

Laura was a good friend and we shared many moments when she lived in Kotzebue. She was a very patient beautiful lady who will be missed. May the angels watch over her children and grandchildren.

I am so sorry I could not make it to sweet sister Laura's funeral. When I first met Laura at our father Karl's home so long ago, I looked up to her, I said I wanted to be just like her. Her kindness and her smile will always forever be in my heart. I pray for our siblings who are hurting for our brother Edmund and sister laura's passing. Reach out to one another. I'll be here for you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all...she was a beautiful flower god put on this earth, she inspired us with all her beauty and understanding. We went a long ways together, and we learn new and wonderful ways to deal with life.
I will miss the beautuful smiles, and encouragements from her, she taught us alot of things, even she was dealing with her own problems. God take her to a beautiful place called home. I Love you all...Brantleys and Geffes, always and forever...

Sweet Laura...
I don't know why God choose's certain people to bear the burden of cancer.
Probably because he uses his special one's to inspire others, and you were an inspiration to many.

When we met, I never dreamed you would make it through that transplant, but you were so strong & so determined that it gave us more 'fight' to get through this battle.

I will never forget you or Lottie, my sisters I never knew I had, but God did bring us together, and my life is better for that.

Rest in Peace my sweet friend ...
you fought a long hard battle...

Lottie... I love you my sister...
My love and sympathy to all Laura's family & friends who she loved so dearly...

Much Love to you all....

Laura will be missed. I worked with Laura at South Central Foundation where she was well respected. I enjoyed her stories and the history she shared. Laura was a wonderful person and I will miss her. My sympathies to her family.
