Mary and Lawrence were so wonderful to me in the 70s when I attended college in anchorage and was a member of Shiloh. I am saddened by her passing but I pray that the peace of God be with family. Bless you and know that I care as do others. Watched the beautiful services on line.

Mrs. Colbert was my second grade teacher back in 1983. Although I only knew her for a short time - 30 years ago - the impact she had on my life was very significant. So significant that her actions to champion for me changed the course of my life. In all of the years that passed, I have never forgotten her kindness and the fact that she believed in me. My sincerest condolences to the family.

Sending you and the family all of our love and prayers. Lori, you were blessed to have had such a wonderful mother and well as father, they were so wonderful to us. They taught us how to be parents by allowing us to care for you and your sister. Mary was so special to so many people, some you have met and some you have not. I was so glad she was able to come to Charlotte and visit with me and my family. I hope you will come one day to see our wonderful city. Remember God is still on the throne and she is resting in His arms and smiling down on you.
We are sending you lots of love and prayers.

What a precious spirit. She was a true Christian example. She enjoyed life, her daughter and her family despite her physical challenges that sometime interrupted this process. Rest well Mrs. Mary. My prayers are for all the immediate family and extended family who will miss her. God Bless.
