To your family members,It was a pleasure knowing Norman Elliott. His presence in our Virginia Theological Seminary group was highly appreciated. Norm will surely be missed. Seminary reunions were great. Sorry for our late response related to learning of his passing.Norm of the North will surely be missed. Thus we cherish every moment of the day and enjoy life to the fullest. May the good and Almighty Lord keep him heavenly lease.

A LONG FULL LIFE AND A GOOD ONE!

We miss you, Fr. Elliott. We were all blessed by how you endlessly gave of yourself, and by the light of Jesus shining through you.
Requiescat in Pace.

So sorry to hear about Norman. He was a great friend to many, stuck to his beliefs, and always marked up my finished Epiphany Issues with a red pen. All my best to his family, and all those he loved that are left behind to grieve his loss.

I THINK ONE OF HIS GREATEST GIFT IS JUST BEING PRESENTED AND DEVOTED TO HIS FAITH.HE HAS BEEN A PART OF ALASKA AND ITS FAMILY. THANK YOU SO FOR YOUR GREAT FAITH.

What a loss we, who were blessed to have known him and who benefited from his love and good works have suffered. Having worked for Sen Ted Stevens for many years brought Father Elliott into my life as well. Father Elliott handled many marriages, baptisms and funerals for our families and those of our friends. I kidded Norm many years ago that I expected him to be around for final rights. So sorry to lose you but the Big Guy Upstairs must have decided he needed you now. You will be missed my friend

I grew up with the Elliott's in Rogers Park. I think we all agree it was the best place and best street to live on. I had no idea at the time the importance of this man and how much love he gave to others until many years later when I found my faith in God. He was so kind and a giving man, my dad also knew him well as he was a dog musher that also took him and others to the villages for many reasons. We always went to mass because my dad liked this church. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and their loss of such a great father, friend.

What a grand man; so full of life and integrity, severe looking but with such a delightful quick wit and mind. I would have loved to have known him well but circumstances were that I only knew him in passing. Love and peace to all his family and friends

I am so sorry for your great loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain your family during this challenging time. (Isaiah 61:1,2) With heartfelt sympathy.
