Patty has been my friend since junior high. Ended up I married her cousin. We always laughed. What a joyful soul. I only heard of her passing this day. A year later....I've often thought of her, and Charlie and I had planned to visit in Alaska, but so often things don't work the way you would like. Tish, as my husband knew her will be missed. Until we meet again, rest easy.

Pat will be greatly missed. She is at peace and most likely chatting with her higher power!! :)

I didn't know Pat well at all. I met her at a flyfishing retreat...but she made a lasting impression. So much fun. So much proper perspective on life. So much compassion. What a wonderful person. Wherever she is, I hope she is enjoying eating her desserts first.

One of the nicest people I got to meet. Pat always had a smile and a great story to share.

I worked with Pat several years at Alaska Native Medical Center and missed her when she left to work with the VA. I would see her once a year at the annual diabetes conference and I will miss catching up with her, hearing her laugh and seeing her smile. She was truly a bright star!

What a beautiful obituary. She truly was a chatter!
She was a bright spot in the rooms and I'll miss seeing her around. Hugs to those missing her the most right now. I feel honored to have known her.

I was so privileged to meet this beautiful lady a couple of weeks ago. So sad and bittersweet but she's flying the the angels now.

I met Pat many years ago when she first came to Anchorage, I remember visiting her and her cats at a tiny little house. She had built this wonderful walkway enclosure through the trees that was all the way around her house going out a front window and coming in the back for her cats. I was amazed at how ingenious it was.
Another memory I have of her is her telling me how outraged she was by the price of gas at Cooper Landing. She was so beside herself she had taken a picture of the sign and showed it to me.
Pat was funny, irreverent and fun. She was also sensitive and kind. I'm sad to say I hadn't seen Pat for several years.
I know she will be missed dearly by her partner and loved ones. My deepest condolescences - she was a lovely person. I liked her very much.
