I knew Iris back in the 70's. We were neighbors in S.F., took mime classes together in Berkeley, we even got kicked out of a public bath in Paris when caught doing our laundry in the shower. She could walk down a street like she owned it & had a warmth to her that was undeniable. Not the girl next door. She will be well remembered.
Iris studied mime with me in the 1970s. So very sad to hear of her passing. She was a great spirit then and from what I read only got better with time. My heart goes out to her parents and all loved ones.
I remember Iris dancing her way down the beach in Mexico. A bright spirit!
I worked with her at PFI, and she was an amazing shining spirit.
So sad she has passed but so glad I had an opportunity to work with Iris at PFI- she was a real teacher
Iris I last saw you at the cancer radiation place and now I am so glad I got to talk to you and meet your Mom.. We had fun times at the Redwood Health club doing palates and you were by far the most wonderful teacher of the class. We always had a good laugh and I know you'll be happy where ever you are now. Love Karen
