Your son, Chuck
Happy 83rd, Dad! I wonder how you and Mom might be celebrating it "upstairs" ;) I love and miss you both! I remember how Mike and I used to celebrate your birthday: we'd find the nearest convenience store (Brooks Superette when we lived on Sumter) and buy you a Hershey Bar. Thank you for all that you passed on and for the way you continue to be present. I love you! Pat

I am sorry to learn of your loss of your father. Family was so important to you, and it is such a perspective-changing thing to be the oldest generation.
Care well for one another.
Condolences to the Foley family. I only met him once which was at his second wife Melonie's funeral. He wanted me to play a game of Twister. I will have to do that one of these days. What a great legendary game he invented.
I just read your Fathers' obituary. I was a big fan of Twister, while growing up. Didn't matter if you played or watched it was a great time for all. Thank you for sharing your Father with all of us Kids who never Grew-Up! We need more men like him on earth. My condolences its never easy losing someone you love.
Dear Foley family I am sorry for your loss.May the God of all comfort be with you.

As the days and weeks pass,as as you return to your daily routines, may you continue to be comforted by the love and support of family and friends.draw lose to God and he will draw close to you. James 48
When I was a High School Sophomore, I played "TWISTER" with Two College Girls - THANKS CHUCK !!!
I am so sorry to hear this. Your Father was a wonderful man. He always had a twinkle in his eye and gave the best hugs. I will be never forget him giving me a wheat seed from the Holy Land and instructing me on what to do with it. He told me what prayers to say. Then he told me he was going to light some candles and pray for me. I was very sick at the time. He was a very good listener and a very patient man. We talked about your Mother who he loved very dearly. The day God took your Mothers hand was the same day God joined mine and my husbands hand. I am truely blessed for having known him. He will have a place in my heart forever. Your family is in my prayers
Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us.
I am very sorry for the loss of your loved one. The days ahead will be difficult, but in the days to come

In loving memory of a GREAT FRIEND and BEST Fishing Buddy! ! !
I grew up, in the neighborhood with the Foley family. Best friends with daughter Kerin. I remember Mr. Foley as a quiet, silver haired cool guy. Riding down Merriam Road on a motorcycle. I also remember him in orange from head to toe, in the garage cleaning deer. Mostly, I remember a block party! At the Foley culdesac! It was the best party ever for all the Merriam roaders. Lots of food, drink and fun. Mr. Foley, the host with the most. Rest in peace, gentle soul.
Dad, you are so much a part of who I am and I am so thankful for the foundation you gave me. I will do my best to keep our family strong and together. I look forward to reuniting with you and Mom when my time comes according to God's plan. Until then, I love you and will miss you.
