Sorry to hear of passing. I just found your family while redoing our UHRIN family genealogy. Was wanting to chat about our families. We're Uhrin from Greenville, Pa. John P. Uhrin and Justina Kalafut Uhrin. Sorry Again. Please accept our prayers and keep in touch . joyuhrin@yahoo.com

Jim and I shared a great interest in the Birmingham Roller Pigeon. In fact I had just sent him some of my birds to work in with his. He was the epitome of a student of the game and approached it scientifically. I hope his birds found a good home with a friend of his, as he would want that. He was a great asset to the hobby and will be missed by all of us who share that interest. May he now be in God's comfort and care.

I worked with Jim and have known him for a long time. You guys lived behind my brother and we all loved watching the pigeons and hearing about the adventures. Jim was so knowledgeable and funny - was always great to see him. I had no idea he was sick and I'm so sorry that we lost him.
