When I was 12 years old and lying in bed for weeks with Scarlett Fever, the one thing that cheered me up was the playing several times each day of "How Much Is That Doggie In the Window." I have enjoyed all of Ms. Pages song ever since.

Rest in Peace,Patti. I feel honored to be of your generation. You were like a friend to all of us. What a beautiful person with a beautiful voice..we all wanted to be like you. I had hoped to get up to see your farmhouse and maybe catch a glimpse of you there, but I never made it. We will never forget your voice..it was one in a million.Thank you for the memories. We love you.

There will never be another Patti Page. How can we ever forget her wonderful songs Tennesse Waltz, and Doggie on the window. She will be greatly missed, by legions of fans the world over. May she rest in peace. Joan and Dominick Prendergast Readville Mass.
