To The DeCroce Family: I had the pleassure of watching and listening to Mr. DeCroce when he visited a school in Whippany. He had a wonderful way with the 4th graders, and I was lucky enough to be present during his time with them. May he rest in peace and please know my thoughts and prayers are will all of you during this very difficult time.

Dear Mrs. DeCroce,
My condolences to you and your family. I never met Mr. DeCroce but many years ago I was a residence service rep with NJ Bell in Parsippamy. I performed some service for him and I must have done a good job because he called back and told my co-worker, "That Mrs. Grant! What a woman!" That wonderful complilment made my day and has stayed with me all these years. God Bless Alex DeCroce.

Dear Betty Lou and family,

On behalf of Father John Theodosion and all of the parishioners of ST Andrew Greek Orthodox Church in Randolph, we extend our most sincere condolences as we have lost a dear friend and supporter.

Alex DeCroce was the epitome of what you wish for in a public servant. Tough, fair, principled and willing to work hard and fight for others. He touched the lives of many in our community and we will miss him dearly.

God Bless,

George Moshen
Corresponding Secretary of the Parish Council

I had the pleasure to work with Alex and his then partner, Dean Gallo, for many years and forged a truly great great friendship. We attended meetings of the Morris-Somerset Home Builders and had many fun times outside our working relationship. I have to say he was a gentleman and great friend and I will miss him.
