I remember the first time I met Mr. Findley. It was a dozen years ago and I was interviewing for a job with FESCO. Mr. Findley drove me around the town of Alice and at some point we stopped and parked under the shade of a mesquite tree and a mesquite bean fell onto the car. As Mr. Findley casually got out to remove the bean he kept talking about FESCO and didn't miss a beat.
I'm not certain why that memory sticks so well in my head but perhaps it was a great example of how calm and focused a man he was. He was and remains to this day the most fair and honest employer I have ever had the honor of working for.
May you now know all the glories of heaven good sir and may your family have peace in knowing that you ran an incredible race and finished well. May God bless you always sir.

I worked for Mr. Findley for 15 years and a very fine man. He ran a tight ship and I learned allot from him. He told me once to buy Exxon stock and if I had have listened to his advice I could have retired a very rich man!!

Condolences & Blessings to his family!

My deepest condolences to the family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but our loving God promises to give the strength and courage you'll need to endure, and to cope with the pain of your loss. He also promises to hold your hand every step of the way. Isaiah 40:29, 41:10
