Mrs. Cooper you were one of my favorite teacher! I have many fond memories of your classroom. In 3rd grade I recall how you taught me to write letters to various government agencies to obtain information. I remember writing letters to Yellowstone National Park and was so excited to get brochures and other information mailed back to me! Thanks you Mrs Cooper! I am now a teacher myself, in part due to your guidance. I always felt comfortable in your class, you made me feel special. Rest in peace.
My sincere sympathies to the family. May the memories that you've shared along with the words found at John 11:38-44 bring you comfort in your time of need.
It is sad to learn that another colleague has passed on. Lucille and I taught together for several years at Burns Park School.
I remember her parents working at their stall at the Farmers'Market.
Hers was a life well spent.
