Dad you were an awesome husband, father and friend loved by so many. You touched so many lives - you will be missed by many but most of all your family. It is comforting to know you are with so many friends and family. I am sure you had quite the welcoming. I know Mom, Milt and of course Bo were among the many! God bless you - I love and miss you tons!!

Howard (and Betty) .....I will NEVER forget the 1019 Bershire house and my connections to the Wikel family. Monumental ..is the only word I can think of to express the impact you (Betty, Susan, Laurie, Cindy ..AND David) had on my life--as well as the entire Ann Arbor/University of Michigan community. My deepest sympathy to the entire Wikel family. I hope to make it back for the Memorial service!! Karen (Barton)

Howard was one of few people you meet in life where you are a far better person for having known him. My family and I were truly blessed for his friendship and will miss him terribly... our deepest condolences to his family.

Sue & Family,
What a great tribute written about your Dad. I have fond memories of hanging out at your house and there was always an extended family "college" student" that was staying in your apartment & they always seemed to be part of your family! What a great LIFE, great Dad, Grandpa,& Michigan sports-fan he was! May he rest in Peace! Love, Chris & the Durango Gang xo

I will always remember Howard as a kind, caring gentleman who made those he met feel very special.
As a young teen, I was bat boy for Blue Front Softball team and Howard insisted that Ray Bluth issue a uniform for me.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Wikel family.
