Dear Ann, I am so sorry to learn of Leonard's passing. I feel so fortunate to have studied and ultimately worked with Leonard on his projects related to our shared interest in architecture, music, and design. He will be missed.

Dear Ann - I was sorry to learn of Prof. Eaton's death but delighted that you had so many wonderful years together. Your family and all the generations sound very special. All my best, Susan Westerman

Leonard Eaton, a superb teacher, opened my eyes to the beauties and subtleties of architecture. To this day, when I'm traveling and touring buildings, I recall many fine points from his lectures. And to this day I still hear his lecture staff bang the floor to signal the kid at the projector to change the slide. Obviously, way before Power Point technology! His stern demeanor--just a mask--hid an irreverent and sharp sense of humor. Never a dull hour in his presence. I owe dear Professor Eaton a great debt for all the pleasure he opened to me. He deserved his long and happy life.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.
