My condolences to the family, I was so sad to hear of Mary Ann's passing. Reading other comments I could not agree more! Mary Ann was always a pleasure to work with, she had a special way of making you feel like you were her only customer and friend. Always greeted me with a hug and kind words and never got upset, which is hard to do in Real Estate. She will surely be missed.

Mary Ann was my BEST friend since we were 6 yrs old. We shared so many wonderful times together over the last 70 yrs. Too many to be written down here. She was a wonderful lady & the best friend that anyone could ever have. Her family is mine as well. Can't tell you how much I will miss her & all our wonderful talks. Reality hasn't set in as yet. Not looking forward to it when it does. What a void in my life & in her family's there will be. Love to you always! Kathy Haywood

Mary Ann will be greatly missed. She was full of kindness and love, always pleasant and professional. I will treasure all the stories she told me about my dad and the "old days" in Real Estate.

I always felt honored when I walked through the doors of Devon Title. Mary Ann always come out of her office to greet me with a smile. She had a way of patiently listening to people.
There was always a dignity to the way she held herself. She put me to shame regarding appearance. Mary Ann was always professional in her attire. I would show up in flip flops and a muddy skirt from gardening. and she would treat me as though I wore a $500. suit.
She was respectful to everyone I brought through the doors of Devon Title. And that was no small feat.
I could always count on Mary Ann to tell me the truth even if it wasn't the answer I wanted to hear. She said what needed to be said, matter of fact. I will always be grateful for the many fires she extinguished for me.
She was devoted to her work and often stayed late at work to close deals for me.
Mary Ann was a living example of what I strive to be. Five words come to mind when I think of her. Kindness, Dignity, Courage, Competence and Trust.
I will miss her. I know once again it's too late but I want to thank you Mary Ann and let you know how much I appreciate all the help you gave me over the years. You made my job so much easier.
