Ruth was a great neighbor. Many summers of sharing tomatoes and tomato plants with my kids and joining my family for holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) desserts. I still have the toucan on the piano that she brought back from a canoe trip in Belize....good memories, rest in peace Ruth.

Mrs Wilson was my beloved Girl Scout leader in the '60's, here in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She helped me cope with strong feelings of being left out by always welcoming me into our Girl Scout meetings and giving me a role in helping her set things up or put things away. Patricia, her daughter and fellow student, also offered her ready smile and sharing of her mom, Mrs Wilson. I had the honor of working with Mrs Wilson in her last years, as her occupational therapist. When I first read her name, I "just knew" this was MY Mrs WIlson...and she was, indeed. When I walked into her room and introduced myself, now with a different name, she gave me her special-looking-scrutinizing squint and said "I know you...." and indeed, she did. We worked on getting her stronger so she could make the trip to Kansas, to be near Patricia. Patricia and Family: I wish you many loving memories to soften the raw blow of grief of missing your Mrs Wilson. I have memories forever of the love and care Mrs Wilson showed me and many others. May her memory be for a blessing of good deeds and goodness of others. Thank you, Mrs Wilson xoxox
