I've always adored Anne after I saw The Graduate. She portrayed Mrs. Robinson perfectly, and I will always admire her for it.

This could be written by so many loving fans of your wife, my name really doesn't even matter. But I needed you to know how much she was respected as both an actress - and a person. You were very lucky to have her in your life - and we are very blessed that you "shared" her with the rest of us. God bless - and Thank you.

What a class act. Anne Bancroft personified grace. Many people will remember her for Mrs. Robinson or The Miracle Worker, but my personal favorite is Fatso with Dom Deluise. What a brilliant performance and magnificent job of directing!

Mr. Brooks-please know that millions around the world have watched you and Anne not only as actors & directors, but as two loving, caring people who shared love and laughter with everyone. All we can do is say "thank you". All of our thoughts and prayers are with you and you family at this time.

Anne, you made us laugh, you made us cry, but most of all, you made us think. Here's to you, Mrs. Robinson....
