Funeral service for Mrs. Dapthna Louise Dulaney, 90, will be Sunday, July 5, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Sam Dulaney and Bro. Bill Womack officiating with burial to follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Dulaney passed on July 1, 2015 at NHC in Anniston. Mrs. Dulaney is survived by her daughters, Carolyn (Bill) Womack, Shirley Henson, Peggy (Wayne) Jackson and Myra (Bryan) Bushard; sons, Sam (Becky) Dulaney and Donald (Margie) Dulaney; sister, Joyce Mosley; brothers, William D. Harlin and Howard Eugene Harlin; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Dulaney was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. S.E. "Doc" Dulaney; daughter, Gale Dulaney Shaddix and son-in-law, Jimmy Henson. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Greg Womack, David Womack, Alan Shaddix, Shane Jackson, Brent Jackson, Bennett Dulaney, Caleb Dulaney and Jonathan Bushard. Honorary pallbearers will be son-in-laws, Bill Womack, Don Shaddix, Wayne Jackson, and Bryan Bushard. Mrs. Dulaney was a native of Chattanooga, Tenn. and a resident of Calhoun County for most of her life; she was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Saks. Mrs. Dulaney was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Always active and hospitable to all, she loved to cook for her large family and was a devout Christian and shared her faith with others.
