Debbie and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Also, Irene,Joan & Gale. The visitation
speaks for what a fine young man Frankie was and how much he was respected. He will be greatly missed. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Please accept our condolences on the loss of my best friend and your husband, father, grand father and friend. I will let the other mortar guys know and the units Frank served in. I am deeply broken hearted and cannot stop the tears from flowing. Last night when Darlene came to bed I asked her to look up flight plans to come for Franks funeral, only I did not go on Facebook yesterday so I learned of his passing just now. There is not a greater man/soldier whom I care so deeply about and when I can compose myself will write each of you a letter. I hope sometime during the day some one puts on Creedence Clear water revivals greatest hits on so Frank can hear it on his way up to heaven. We are very sorry for not being able to send flowers, but we will address that issue at a later time. Frank was one of the best soldiers I ever served with and he personally saved my life more then once. We used to sit back to back in the monsoon season on ambush to share each others body heat. I wish I could trade places with him right now, but I will see him in the not to distant future, where old Veterans go to meet up. I am so glad I got to talk with him a couple more times in the past few months and I will think of him every day and will remember him in my prayers. God bless all of you for taking care of my good friend.

Though saddened now, we celebrate with all of you Frank's miraculous life journey to a place we cannot imagine and envision the vibrancy of love, health and beauty there to behold. What a legacy left behind as witnessed by the show of supportive family, friends, acquaintances, flowers and keepsakes! As God holds you up during this mournful time of transition from grief to precious memories (and beyond), please don't hesitate to call on us day or night. Our prayers are with you all.
