Carmine Angelo Leotta
AGE: 72 • Brick
Carmine Angelo Leotta, 72, of Brick, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2016 surrounded by the love of his family. Born and raised in Staten Island, NY to the late Angelo and Mary Leotta, Carmine worked as a Bus Driver for the NYC Transit Authority in Brooklyn, before his retirement in 1982. He went on to marry Michele Hawkes where they moved to Colts Neck and then Wall Township, before settling in Brick, where they raised their two sons. Carmine enjoyed the quality time spent with his cherished family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his dear twin sister Mary Leotta.
Surviving are his former wife and best friend Michele Hawkes, his two loving sons, Carmine and Nicholas Leotta, both of Brick, and many extended family and friends whom will miss him dearly.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00PM on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the O'Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A prayer service will be held at 8:00PM at the funeral home.
