Calvin Toland Obituary
Calvin Toland, 88 of Olivehurst, CA, passed away on July 21, 2014. He was born on May 1, 1926 to Arthur and Delia Toland of Carol, MI.
Calvin served in the Army during World War II and Korea. He worked at Del Monte Cannery in the Maintenance Department for 20 years and was a volunteer member of the Olivehurst Fire Department in the late 60's and early 70's. He also was a member of American Legion Post 42 in Marysville, CA.
Calvin is survived by his brother, Don Toland Sr. of Marysville, CA and a host of nieces and nephews of the Bluett and Toland Families.
Calvin was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Joie Bluett and Mary Spellman and brothers, Art Toland and Al Toland.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Sierra View Memorial Park, Olivehurst, CA
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to your favorite charity in his memory.
Final arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
