David, Meeting you through Kim at PT made my recovery so much more tolerable. When Kim was not able to do my PT, you were there to help me out. We sure had some great laughs together.
You are a special being. May God keep you in peace for eternity.

Oh my David, how I miss you so. I have tried a couple times to write something but couldn't. I still can't believe you are gone. I am so heartbroken. All the memories, laughs, talks, stories I will cherish forever. I am going to miss your phone calls. I am so glad I had the privilege of working with you, almost makes me wish I'd have stayed just to have that much more time with you. Going to PT to visit will never be the same without you. You were one of the kindest men I have ever met. Always there when needed, no questions asked. I hope you are at peace now, no more pain, no more sadness, no more suffering, no more battles to fight. Watch over us down here, until we meet again. You will forever be in my heart XO

Although I did not know David well personally, I had the distinct pleasure of working with him. I was always genuinely happy to interact with him as he was the epitome of kindness and professionalism - a true gentleman in every sense of the word. It is my sincere hope that David's family will be assured that David was loved and respected by all those who knew him. My deepest sympathy in this difficult time goes out to you.
