You are missed so very much and thought of daily. All of our love and strength goes out to the family!

Ed was head of Butte County Water and RCD through some local assistance contracts I helped manage for the State DWR. He was always supportive thoughtful and very personable and funny. As a young engineer in a relatively unfamiliar political landscape he always seemed able to find balance among considerably diverse constituencies. I'm sure his presence will be missed.

Ed,

Thank you for being a kind, caring, and supportive friend and mentor to me and to so many others. You've always set a fine example as a man of vision and integrity. I treasure the memories of the times we've spent together, and my heart goes out to your family.

I med Ed while working at NCWA. He was always positive and stayed above the fray that is water politics; working with a positive attitude with diverse interests. I am happy that I could call Ed a friend and colleague. He will missed!
