I don't get the paper anymore so I had no idea. I am so sorry Mr Wahlberg was my attorney and friend he was a great man! There was nothing like seeing him fight a case in the courtroom. He was in command of the room and he truly fought for his clients in court, something you don't see everyday. Again I am very sorry he will definitely be missed.
Yes, bigger than life he was. Respected for his accomplishments, his ideals, his integrity, his fairness, his compassion for others, his encouragement and wise and trusted counsel, his volunteer work, and yes, his humor. A true friend for many years. A lasting, positive, imprint on many lives, including mine and my family's. We are blessed to have shared some memorable times with him. My thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones, especially Stacy, Kenny, Donnie, Scott, Vanessa, my friend Robbin, and their families.
I have fond childhood memories of swimming in your pool, little league games watching Kenny & Casey and interviewing you for a class report. Rest in Peace.

I had the privilege of working with Don for a few years. His brilliant mind and knowledge of criminal law were astounding. My thoughts and prayers are with his family as they celebrate the life of an extraordinary man.
In my Father's house are many mansions;if it were not so,I would have told you.I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself: that where I am, there you may be also".--John 14;2-3
A brilliant mind and a heart of gold. Uncle Don, you were truly one in a million...I love you, God bless, may you rest in peace. ~Semper Fidelis
My deepest sympathy and love to Donnie, Kenny, Stacy and Vanessa.
My condolences to the family. As a Sheriff's Deputy I testified numerous times with Don presiding as Judge. Regardless of the verdict I always felt Don was fair and unbiased. He had a great sense of humor and was a good man and friend.
