I used to go to the Gurdwara quite often during my younger years, usually on the weekends and I remember Uncle Ji doing sewa. I remember he would collect the trays and sometimes I would have left over dhal and rotti and he would say that I need to finish it and it's not right to throw it away, he was right and I would go back and finish it. He was very religious and kind. I would say that the Purewal family was very blessed, to have someone like Udham Singh in their family. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
All the Prewal family is in my prayer. As long as I live I will always remember him & Uncle Bakhtavar Singh. They were my icon, learned lot from them. true love, humility, peacefullness. He always had great peaceful smile on his face. Miss you Uncle ji.......
Sorry to the purewal family
My thoughts and prayers to the Purewal family. I can still remember those days as a child seeing him doing sewa at the Gurdwara. God bless.
Sharon and Dal, so sorry for your loss.

Our Beautiful Uncle
He was very humble, gentle, calm soul. We all looked up to him as a highly elevated spiritual soul. Being in his presence we felt comfort, we felt safe. You were a saint in our eyes.
When life brought challenges, we turned to be with this holy man for his blessings.
Until we all meet again, may dad and you continue to send us all here blessings from up above.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family for losing such a great person.
