Many Priceless Memories ...Thanks Mr.D for blessing me with your humor and contagious personality,as well as sharing your neighborhood and dear family with mine.
To the Dennis family,
My heartfelt condolences on your loss.
Very sorry to hear of Bill D's passing. He was a monumental inspiration to me and other people in recovery. I always enjoyed listening to him speak at meetings or at anytime I ran into him. He was very serious about living a sober life and giving back to the program of AA.Because of him and AA people like him there are a number of us still sober going on 25 years. He told it like it was, and that's what we needed to hear back then, and still now. God Bless all his family and loved ones. May he Rest in Peace.
So sorry for your loss. You and dad (Frank) are together again. Thanks for so many years of guidance.
So sorry for your lost our prayers are with all your family

Had it not been for the hard work of Bill and my sponsor Bob M., I would not be enjoying 27 years of being clean and sober. His laugh and Tennessee drawl I can still hear today. And when I have a tough day, I can hear him say "Greg, you gotta get outta your own way. Ha ha ha." I thank you Bill for your efforts in renewing my life. You promised me happiness and a pay raise if I let go and let God, if I got out of my own way, and if I quit drinking. You didn't lie. I will miss you my ole friend. Our community will miss you. Most importantly, those who have not needed your help or have not met you, will miss out on your knowledge, your experience, strength, and hope, and your unconditional love of your fellow man. Rest in peace, Bill and thank you. My condolences and prayers to the Dennis Family.
Sorry for your loss, Edie
Our hearts go out to you in your time of sorrow.
