My condolences to the Larson family. I have fond memories of both Mr and Mrs. Larson during my youth. You were fortunate to have such a kind and caring husband, father and grandfather. He was a wonderful example to all.

My sincere condolences to the family and relatives of Leonard E. Larson.

In remembrance of his US Navy service to his country:

He stood by this creed during WW II:

SAILOR'S CREED
I am a United States Sailor.

I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and I will obey the orders of those appointed over me.

I represent the fighting spirit of the Navy and those who have gone before me to defend freedom and democracy around the world.

I proudly serve my country's Navy combat team with Honor, Courage, and Commitment.

“May the wind always be on your back and the sun upon your face and may the winds of destiny carry you aloft to dance with the stars.”

Mr. Leonard Larson, I salute you!

George Gemberling, (USN-USAF RET)
