In the mid-1960s, Ed and Lucia Robillard and their boys were our neighbors at Beale AFB. From there we ended up down the street from each other in YC, where we lived for another 45 years! Our parents were always very close. When my father passed away in 2011, Mrs. Robillard was an angel. She took care of my mother through this very tough time. My mother used to recount how wonderful of a cook Lucia was, and how after their delicious meals they would watch Italian movies until late at night a very heartwarming image. Please accept my deepest condolences.

Lucia was a neighbor, a friend , a mentor. Some one I grew to love and respect over the many years we knew each other. Always there. Always available if you needed her. Generous to us and to our children who enjoyed her pool so much.
We will miss her every day.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Lucia and the Robillard family. May she rest in peace and may God give the family comfort in this time of sadness.

Next to my own mom (her sister Elaine) and my Nana, Aunt Lu was the most important woman in my life. SOOO many memories swimming in the pool, smelling her cooking, admiring her beautiful home inside and out. I love you Aunt Lu!!!
