Kamalkiat Singh Sran, 54, of Yuba City, passed away unexpectedly on June 20, 2017. He was a Yuba Sutter resident for 30 years. He was born in the village of Laley and raised in Saraba Nagar, Ludhiana Punjab.
Kamalkiat was not the average man. He was the most caring and loving individual. He was loved and had many friends, always the life of the party. He was not just an intelligent man, his worldly knowledge always surprised everyone. His wisdom was in a few words, but enough to change your paradigm about life if one truly just listened. He was jovial with a very strong presence. He had such confidence and walked with pride. He loved every member of his family equally. He believed in his children whole-heartedly. His belief in his children was so strong that through all obstacles and adversities he pushed them when they wanted to quit. He was always a step ahead. We lost the most kindest and most beautiful soul to walk this Earth. We will always love you and miss you. You will always be in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife Kamaljit K. Sran, daughter Jasmeen K. Sran, son Simranpal S. Sran, mother Jaswant K. Sran, brother Baljit S. Sran of Australia, sister Baljinder K. Sidhu of Canada, and four nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Captain Ujagar S. Sran.
