My sympathies are extended to Mr.Reid's family, as you call to mind his lifelong activities and pursuits. May God's perfect guidance supply "help in time need" generously, from His written Word.

Doug was an amazing example of cheerfulness in the face of intense opposition. He never lost his sense of humor in the midst of tribulation, and in so many ways showed us all what it means to be a good neighbor. He will be sorely missed by many many people.

I will miss Doug's optimism and cheerful outlook in spite of numerous long term challenges. It is an inspiration to me to keep putting one foot in front of the other with a smile and to count the blessings I have been given. I look forward to seeing Doug again when my turn comes to leave this life.

To Marilyn and family, may God comfort your heart and strengthen you to find joy in this life as you wait to be with Doug again.

Love, John Evans
