Being AD at Windom for several years, I came to rely on Bob for questions that came up in the job. Even as a rival in athletics, he was one person I could call a real friend on and off the court/field/track. He will be missed and my thoughts and prayers go to Carol and family.

Bob was my high school football coach, and I appreciate all that he taught me not only in the classroom but also on the football field. He was a very dedicated teacher and coach and always pushed us to do our very best. Rest in Peace.

Pipestone has been very blessed to have a man dedicate his career to the betterment of all. He is not only a champion in sports, but a man of great character and values. Something I desperately needed instilled upon me when I was a youth and he was my coach. I say this with tears in my eyes, coach, you made me not only a champion on the track, but a better man. Rip
