The Paynes were my long-time neighbors in Avondale Estates,, and I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Denis. My heart goes out to Mary and their children who grew up with my Morgan children. A great man, a great wife, a great family. Denis will really be missed.Condolences to all his family.

Growing up in Avondale Estates and getting to know this gentleman was an honor and privilege as all who knew him loved him. The Almighty was showing off when he made this wonderful man. RIP sir and our condolences to the family.
