Elma PERSON Obituary

PERSON, Elma Jeanne Elma Jeanne Goodwin Person was called home by her heavenly Father on April 21, 2014. She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Reyburn H. (Pete) Person. She is survived by her son Robert G. Person, MD, who is married to Deloris Person, RN and by her daughter Mary Ann West who is married to Pastor Gerald Ronnie West, full-time missionaries in Durango, Mexico, and grandchildren Daniel Herbert Person, Jonathan Robert Person and Mary Elizabeth Person. Jeanne was a native of the Atlanta Georgia area. Her church home of over 35 years was Southwest Christian Church and her spiritual ministry was prayer for those whom God put on her heart. Her working ministry was with Southwest Christian Care where she volunteered for many years. Visitation will be at Parrott Funeral Home on 8355 Senoia Rd., Highway 74, Fairburn, Georgia, 770-964-4800 (www.parrottfuneralhome.com), on Tuesday April 22nd from 5 PM to 7 PM. The funeral will be at Parrott Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 23rd at 11:00. The burial will follow at Westview Cemetery in SW Atlanta. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Southwest Christian Care at 7225 Lester Rd., Union City, GA 30291.
