You Certainly were a Special Person in my Life ... I will miss you always... RIP
Alison was my instructor at Teachers College during my first semester of graduate studies. Her passion for helping students with disabilities transition into adulthood conjured something in me, and inspired me to pursue a career in that field. On my path to BCBA certification, I 'googled' Alison, hoping to find her still in NYC, and able to provide guidance as I embark on this path. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing, but hope that her family and friends know that I credit her for helping me establish the course of my career. She was always available to help and guide students, and will truly be missed.
I am so sorry to learn of Alison's passing. She was one of my dearest friends at UGA. We were ZTA sisters. Alison was in my wedding. I have not talked to her for many years, but think of her often. Alison was such a wonderful person. She had a beautiful smile. We always had so much fun together. I always enjoyed my adventures with her. She will always have a special place in my heart.
It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to Alison. She touched my life in a special way as with so many others. My dear Alison you DID make a difference in this world and you WILL be sorely missed by all who had the good fortune to have known you. I can still see your smile and hear your laughter. Rest in peace my dear friend.

I only worked with Alison a short time but it was so valuable. I will cherish everything she taught me. Thoughts and prayers are with everyone who knew and loved her.
There are very few people who will leave this world having changed the life of a child, particularly when they did not have one of their own. As a parent of a child she worked with who was honored to also call her a friend, Alison not only forever changed my son's life, but the lives of countless others as well. She was a voice for those who did not have one- a passionate advocate with a heart of gold!! And she did it with unrivaled grace, intellect, and humility. Her radiant smile will forever be engrained in our hearts & our memories & our lives are richer for having known this beautiful soul. Our deepest sympathies go out to Scott and her family as we lift all of you in prayer during this heartbreaking time. She will be forever missed by so many.

Sleep now in peace.

To my best and beautiful friend, I will love you and miss you forever, and ever and ever.
I was so proud of Alison for becoming a doctor and delighted to see her at our 30th high school reunion. She was my second sister growing up in Atlanta (and Marilyn my second mom) and I became a cross country runner because of her. I am grateful that I was able to be a part of her life and I will miss her towering over me and laughing at my jokes. My prayers go out to her family and friends.
May the "God of all comfort sustain you" in your time of grief. Ps 55:22
May God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ be with you in this difficult time. ( Psalms 55:22)
