We remember George, Donna & Bailey when we were children growing up in atlanta. We shared many good times and lots of sweet memores. We only saw them once after moving to St. Simon's but we remember he had such a beautiful soul. We're remembering George and keeping his family in our prayers.

I was sorry to hear that Dixie had passed away. I knew him through our business, Mason Supply Co., Columbus Ohio. I sure had some great times with him playing golf and having a sociable drink at some nice places. He was a true southern gentleman. I am glad I knew him. He is at piece now.

My Dad, (Baker Bros.) and George's Dad (E. V. Dunbar Co)became close business friends in their young days and it carried over to George and me. I have great memories ---flying with George in a jet fighter plane --playing golf in Fla. and the Bahamas. He was a great guy that I respected very much.

"DIXIE" WAS A LEADER IN OUR HVAC INDUSTRY. HE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND WOULD NOT GIVE UP UNTIL HE GOT THE "ORDER".

HE WAS ENCOURAGING AND A MENTOR TO US YOUNG BUCKS IN OUR EARLY DAYS

THE LAST TIME I WAS WITH "DIXIE" WE WERE QUAIL HUNTING AND HE SHOT A DOUBLE BEFORE I COULD RAISE MY GUN

I WILL MISS MY FRIEND - HE WILL BE REMEMBERED

To the Dunbar family and friends, my deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers. My "Uncle George" was very special to me and my family. I have very fond memories of dove hunting at the farm, going to Falcons games as a kid and having him as a house guest in NC from time to time. While I had not seen him in some time, he and "Aunt Donna" will always hold a special place in my heart. Rest in peace Uncle George. With Love, Chuck Howard
