Carolyn and Family....I have just learned of Gerry's being promoted to the Church Triumphant and where he now has eternal life. With our husband's being best friend's when they were growing up, I have many memories of Gerry and know what a GREAT man He was.
My prayer is that you know God is with you and the boys.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Gerry and I went to Bass High School together, class of 1956. We were friends and played touch football together many afternoons in a park near his home on Palifox. Great guy, quiet and unassuming and very smart.
We are so sorry for your loss. Gerry was "one in a million" and true to his Christain faith in all areas of his life.
We loved seeing you last evening and need your current address and phone.

Love to you and the boys,

Uncle Gerry will be dearly missed by all that knew him. He leaves a legacy of being a God fearing man who cared deeply for his family and friends.
Dearest Mrs. Chatham and family,
I'm so sorry for your loss of Mr. Chatham, there is nothing that can be said that will heal the pain from a love you've had for over 50 years, but continue to lean on your Heavenly Father he will help you get through each second, minute, hour then the day. He will not let your hand go as long as you hold on to his. Continue to love and support on another.
Sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of loss. (2 Cor 1:3-5)
To the family: May your memories bring you joy. Turn to God to bring you comfort in your distress. He is near to all those calling upon him and their cry's for help he hears.
