Dear Jan, GlenIII,Horace, Helena, Lewis and Forest. It is with a heavy heart that I write to express my sympathy and sense of loss of my close friend and business associate for over 60 years. Glen was respected by many businesss associates and by folks he met and worked with in the city, state and nation. All were warmed and helped by his broad business, technical and community leadership competence. I was blessed to be the recipient of his close friendshhip and mutual respect and support for several decades, with seldom even a slight strain or break in our friendship and mutual respect and support. This has been one of the strongest, warmest and most enduring relationship of the 93 years of my life. Please know of my feeling of loss; yet also my love and appreciation for my many years with Glen and the Robinson family. Let's keep in touch and cherish our fond memories of a great guy. We will miss him. I regret that my immobililty prevents me from being with you at his service today. Lucretia and my children, Lee and Laura join me in sending our sympathy. Cordially, Bill Davenport

An amazing man. The community and his family are better having known and grown under his brilliant guidance. We will all miss him. But the memories of good times at Toxaway and on Mt. Paran will be cherished for generations as the stories are told over and over. Stories of fun and adventure. Great memories and great times. Much love to all the Robinson's.

Farewell to a great man. I spent much of my childhood at the Robinson household which was just down the street from my family. His second son Horace was one of my best childhood friends and we played in a rock n roll band together for nearly three years. Glen Robinson was a brilliant man who also took the time to provide fun and interesting opportunities for the friends of his five children. I always had a great time at the Robinson household. My prayers and best wishes go to the whole Robinson family.

Faith, Hope, and Love - That is what you (and Jan) have modeled for us. There is now one more bright star in the heavens. Meanwhile, we will continue to spread your light here on earth. One of our favorite memories is Glen driving the boat at happy hour, relying totally on God's grace that the boat will neither sink nor run out of gas...and to my knowledge, it never did! Love and prayers for Jan, Helena, and ALL dear family members!

I have your family in my prayers ....You now feel no more pain, you lived a long life and you made your fame, your body might be gone but your love and legacy remain. You being gone many will find hard to swallow .however You left a nice path of footsteps to follow. A great role model is what most seen in you, we had our time with you but now god wants his time too. So you will always be loved and remembered in everything we do!!! Descansar en paz!!!
