Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Father. I was hired in the Research Department in February 1968. My professional and personal development was groomed by Mr. Brandt. My admiration for him cannot be put into words. Had it not been for him being on my side, I wouldn't have had the most blessed & long tenure that I had at the Fed, all 44 years in the Research department. I retired from the Research department in June 2012. I sent him an invitation to my retirement, and my family and I was blessed to have him attend my reception. I yet remember his words when he said it was an honor to be there. A Father' s love is a special gift that will live forever in the hearts of his children. Please know that I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers at this most sorrowful time.

Please accept my deepest smypathy on the loss of your dear father and mother. Mr. Brandt hired me at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in 1963, where I worked for 43 years. We, along with Mrs. Brandt, remained friends all this years, however, I had not spoken with them in about 2 years and did not know of Mrs. Brandt's passing. He was a true mentor to me and taught me many things. I will treasure his friendship forever. May the love you knew bring you comfort at this time.

I am sorry for your loss and the pain and grief that your family is enduring. May peace and tranquility return soon to dull the edge of pain.
