I have known Helen for over 25 years. She was a client in the beauty salon ( Ray Stevens ) where I worked. I would do her hair when her hairdresser ( Heidi ) was out . When Heidi retired I was Helens hairdresser. We knew each other well , I enjoyed so much her visits. She loved her Paul and all the trips they made to Williamsburg. I also was enthusiastic , as she was, when she spoke of her children. Her grandchildren were all very special to her and her eyes would lighten up when she spoke of her adorable great grandchildren. I was very fortunate to have known Helen and to have enjoyed her in such a unique way each week when she came in to get her hair cut & or styled. She became very good friends with so many of my other clients that were there about the same time.
I will always remember her as a fine lady with a heart of gold and her enthusiasm for life and her family and friends. She will be missed.
