Horace Frazier Obituary


Family-Placed Death Notice

Horace "Gene" Frazier, age 75 of Marietta died Friday, November 18, 2005. A graveside service with full military honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Frazier retired after 37 years in the military. He served in the Air Force and the Air Force National Guard and was a member of the 530th Air Force Band. He also retired from the Cobb County Health Department and was of the Methodist faith. He was a loving husband. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Frazier of Marietta; brother, Howard Frazier of Las Vegas, NV; brothers-in-law, George R. Fitts and Charles Fitts and sisters-in-law, Susan Beck and Ruth Pearson all of Jasper, GA and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cobb County Humane Society. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 pm Saturday at Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home (770-432-0771).
