What a coincidence, I was working on a church in Grove and was just driving through town, looking around and there it was ,"my name" standing bold and proud for the world to see. I was quite humbled by that sight. I send my passion, as I recently lost my Dad as well.

Mrs Beauchamp, Shanna, Lauren, Kash, Ann Rene and Tim-

I am so very sorry for your loss. Shanna you are my best friend and I want you to know I am here for you, always. I know time has gone by and there have been many changes since your dad passed, but I am convinced he left you a special gift. Your beautiful baby boy. He is a true miracle. Your dad was very kind to me, I enjoyed the Allison Kraus concert and the steak dinner in Phenix City with the whole family that he insisted on paying for. He will be missed.

Ann Rene,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My son is a huge baseball fan and player and I have just made the connection. I think about you and our high school times often. Again I am so sorry to hear about your father.

Dear Pam and family,
I know this is past due but my children just found this. I was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I am grateful that I had the chance to reconnect with you people and have the chance to speak with you and Jim a few times last summer. He was such a great guy and was very much admired by myself and Russ. I was so glad that my girls had the opportunity to meet Jim when the Braves came to Philadelphia back in late 90's. He gave them both an idea of the life their father had when Jim was his manager with the Astros organization. Please give me call sometime I would love to talk with you. Please know you and the children are in my prayers.

To the Beauchamp Family,
I was told of Jim's passing just a few days ago. You have been in my prayers since I was told. I was blest to have played ball with Jim for a few years in the Cardinal organization. I was 18 when I played with him in Tulsa in 1960. He was a leader then and looked up to even at the ripe old age of 21. I saw him last in Chicago a few years ago, and he asked me to get in touch with him in either San Diego or Los Angeles, I regret that I didn't. He was a wonderful man who did believe in God, family, and occupation. He will truly be missed.
