Dear Lisa and Jacque,
On behalf of my brothers, Lee and Jerry, we send our deepest sympathy to you and all of your families. John and his family were adopted relatives to us (the Roth family) and they were the greatest examples of Christian love in our church and throughout the community. We know that John followed that pattern throughout his life and that he was so proud of both of you. Know that he will watch over you throughout this journey and until you meet again. Our love and prayers are with you.

Lisa, I did another guest book entry before this one, but it appears to have been lost in "cyberspace." (If you get two entries, you'll understand). You had been on my mind for several days, and then while I was at the fitness center yesterday, I learned of John's home going. I just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and lifting you up to the Lord. I am praying that the Lord will sustain you--that He will hold you very close, as you grieve. I sent you an e-card to the Posture Perfect email address (which is all I had). You are and will be, in my heart and prayers. I am so very sorry for this great loss and for all you have been through during the past weeks and months. Dianne Otwell

Lisa and Jacque, we are heartbroken for you. John's battle was incredibly heroic, and you two showed the same courage standing right beside him for every step. What an honor it's been, as your friends, to witness the extraordinary loving bond that the three of you have always shared. We know your journey through this terrible loss has just begun, and we hope it's some comfort to know that John's at rest, free of pain and care. Both of you are in our prayers for strength and peaceful healing. With much love, Kathy, Kenny, Alex and Evan
