To the family and parents of Jonathan I want you to know that you are not alone in the grief you are feeling. I too know what you are going through and what you will go through in the coming weeks and months ahead. You will have many questions as to why? You will have many things to get ready or go through and that should be done in time. Sometimes it just can’t be faced and that’s ok, for you will know when the time is right for you. There is no right or wrong way to grieve it’s an individual journey that unfortunately we now have to take. I ask that God give the comfort, strength and courage that you are going to need. When and if the time is right for you please contact me. You can cry, vent, or just talk as only another person who has been where you are can really know what you are going through. May God continue to be with you and heal you.

Dear Bill, Suzanne, and Joshua;

Our hearts go out to you all and the rest of your family as you continue to grieve the loss of your son and brother. We will continue to keep you in our prayers for a long time. Our God is faithful and by His power and strength you will come through this time in your lives stronger than you were before and in a place where you can help others who will experience loss. We hope to see you at Kings Retreat or at the next gathering where we can tell you face to face how much we love you and appreciate the sacrifice Jonathan made to keep freedom alive. May the peace and comfort of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ fill you and comfort you as you grieve. In His Grip, Johnnie & Donna Faglie NGWTE Community

Last Monday, I went by where Jon was laid to rest, I hope you don't mind, I just wanted to place a flag and to Thank Jon. I started to cry, then I left, I did not want to intrude . I am so sorry for all of your pain. May the happy memories help bring you all some comfort as you move forward in your lives , without your beloved Jon.
I always hug my sons, but since going there last Monday, I have been adding to my hugs and be carefuls today and I love yous, I say "both arms".
God Bless.

Dear Bill, Suzanne & Josh,
I know you will not remember me, but I certainly remember your family and today I was so very saddened to hear about Jon. Jon and my son CJ played soccer together for a few years and I was the soccer team mom. I sat through many games with each of you. I remember Jon with fond memories as a well respected young man, so kind and gentle, not to mention a good soccer player to watch and admire.

If I tried to put into words how deeply sad we are, I would come up short. My heart hurts for all of you and my humble thanks to Jon for his service.

I would have loved to send you a card but I do not have an address or phone number. I tried a phone number but it came up wrong. Please know that my family is deeply praying for yours during this very difficult time.

In deep sympathy,
Angela & Arthur Lombardi

Dear Ayers Family,
While I do not know you personally, I feel our children share a kinship through the United States Army. My heart breaks for you loss, and at the same time feels pride in Jon's service to his country and his fellow citizens. I hope you gain peace from God's hand, and rest in knowing that so many prayers go out for you.

If He brings you to it, He will bring you throgh it!!
