My heartfelt sympathys go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the words found in 1 Thessalonians 4 : 14 can bring you some comfort. Knowing that their is a future for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

Please accept my sincere condolences and sincere prayers that go out to the surviving family and friends. May the God of comfort continue to bless you and yours especially after such an untimely loss of a very precious life please accept my deepest sympathies. (2 Cor. 1:2, 3).

Robert is definitely an inspiration to me and the rest of the Bork family. He will be greatly missed.

Thanks to alphabetical order, Bob and I met and became friends when the Korean War broke out, and as Marine Reserve second lieutenants we were called to active duty at Quantico in September of 1950 and placed side by side in the same platoon. At the time he was a very liberal Democrat who used to rag me about being a Republican. He had a marvelous sense of humor even in dire times,and that coupled with an extraordinarily quick mind instantly brought defeat to any would be adversary. From...
